His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan is the 4th World Chairman of the International Human Rights Commission. The First Muslim and Asian elected from its members in the history of IHRC. His term of service is for ten years that started on February 24, 1996 which extended by the General Assembly for 2nd term on March 21, 2006...

Her Excellency Mrs. Asra Khan of Pakistan is the 5th Senior Vice Chairperson of IHRC and Supreme Council elected her on the recommendation of World Chairman for the term of 5 year from 12th October

SECRETARY GENERAL
His Excellency Hamid M. Siddiqui Joined IHRC in 1999 and hold many positions, he was appointed as the Ambassador of International Human Rights Commission for Canada and left Pakistan on November 2000 and he took over charge there on 1st of December by the order of Excellency World Chairman. The IHRC World Chairman appointed and designated him as the "Secretary General" of Commission from 1st March, 2005, his appointment duly confirmed by the Supreme Consul of IHR...

His Excellency Ambassador  Sir Leslie R Angell KGCOJ PhD                                                                                     AMBASSADOR & CHIEF OF MISSION  United Kingdom and Republic of Malta                                                      His Excellency Ambassador Sir Leslie R Angell was appointed as Ambassador and Chief of Mission to United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland  in December 2011 and as Ambassador Designate to The Republic of Malta in January 2012 by the order of His Excellency The Honorable World Chairman. As of 13th March 2012 the Foreign and Commonwealth Office confirmed the appointment  as a non-Sovereign State.

Syed M. Murtaza Shah Rizvi of Pakistan was appointed and designated by Honorable World Chairman of IHRC as Adviser to the World Chairman in Jan. 1999. He was promoted and designated as Director General I.T. in June 2000,he was promoted as the Acting Chief of Staff of the Commission & confirmed as COS on 10th December 2009..

ACTING FIRST VICE CHAIRMAN
His Excellency Mr. Arshad Aziz Qureshi appointed by Honorable Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, World Chairman of IHRC as Special Advisor to the World Chairman on 10th December 1997 at New York. He was promoted and designated as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Pakistan IHRC Secretariat and Director General Operations at Islamabad of IHRC from 1st of September 2007..

Kamal Pasha Dadrus was appointed as the Country Chief & Director General Operation of International Human Rights Commission for U.A.E in Jun 2001. IHRC Chief appointed Ambassador Kamal as Vice Chairman for Asia of the Commission with his Secretariat at Dubai from 1st of March 2005..

His Excellency Arthur Florent Bogaerts, Count Bogaerts de ter Muide de Swyenaerde is the first diplomate, desiganted as the Ambassador of Goodwill for Peace and Vice Chairman for America Region. Arthur Florent Bogaerts, Count Bogaerts de ter Muide de Swyenaerde have been UN peace mediator at Ambassador level in Burundi, Liberia, El Salvador, Guatemala and other countries...

VICE CHAIRMAN FOR AFRICA
Excellency Dr. Bilongo Bolo Serge Christian; Lawyer, Human Rights Activist andwoked with several organizations for promotion of human rights and peace in Cameroon and Africa. International Human Rights Commission designated him with the special approval of worthy World Chairman as the "Ambassador at Large & Vice Chairman for Africa" from 7th of September, 2011.....

Mr. Khalid Ahmed Chaudry
VICE CHAIRMAN FOR EUROPE
Excellency Mr. Khalid Ahmed Chaudry Member Third Chamber, Netherlands Shadow Parliament for International Development Cooperation and member of the Dutch Socialist Party (SP) fighting against injustices and violation of universal human rights around the globe. The IHRC World Chairman appointed and designated him as the "Ambassador & Regional Chief for European Union " of Commission. He is promoted and designated as the " Vice Chairman for Europe & Ambassador at Large " by the order of Worthy World Chairman from 27th of June 2011.....

His Excellency Dr. Haissam Bou Said of Lebanon is the 1st Diplomatic Official of IHRC to Lebanon desiganted by the IHRC World Chairman . Dr. Haissam also serving as the Deputy Member & Diplomatic Counselor to Lebanon of the IPSP and WONM Ambassador to Lebanon & Middle East, He also holding the postition as President of the INTELLECTUAL EDUCATIONAL ECONOMICAL FORUM – Lebanon..

AMBASSADOR AT LARGE
Excellency Mr. Kemal Yıldırım YTK, A Researcher in international relations, diplomacy and serving as counsellor for several educational institutions. Author of a number of books and scientific articles on gender studies and modern and classical diplomacy and diplomatic practices. He is also serving as the Ambassador for ISAF. International Human Rights Commission designated him as the " Ambassador at Large for Eastern Europe & Turkey " from 27th June, 2011.

Mr. Arshad Aziz Qureshi appointed by Honorable Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, World Chairman of IHRC as Special Advisor to the World Chairman on 10th December 1997 at New York. Kamal Pasha Dadrus was appointed as the Country Chief of International Human Rights Commission for U.A.E in Jun 2001. IHRC Chief appointed Ambassador Kamal as Vice Chairman for Asia of the Commission with his Secretariat at Dubai from 1st of March 2005.

DEPUTY SECRETARY GENERAL
Mr.Imran Amin Panaawala of Pakistan was appointed and designated by Honourable World Chairman of IHRC as Provincial Secretary General for Sindh Provinc and currently practicing as a solicitor at PG Solicitors at London-UK. IHRC Chief appoited him as the Deputy Secretary General of Commission from 24th of March 2011.

Muhammad Izhar Ul Haq

Muhammad Izhar Ul Haq appointed by the World Chairman of IHRC as Senior Director Planning & Development in 2008. He is also working as the Secretary General of IHRC Relief Fund Trust..

ATTORNEY GENERAL
Hon. Moin -ud- Din Advocate joined IHRC as Standing Consul for Legal Aid in Karachi and promoted as the Director General Law in 2009. IHRC Chief promote and designated him as the Attorney General of Commission on 21st March 2011.

Mr. Choudhry Muhammad Ali
SENIOR DIRECTOR GENERAL EVENTS & PROJECTS
Mr. Choudhry Muhammad Ali ( Romis Ali) appointed by Honorable Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, World Chairman of IHRC as Director Event & Projects in 2008. He was promoted and designated as the Senior Director General of Events & Projects of IHRC in 2010.

SPECIAL ADVISOR FOR MEDIA TO IHRC CHIEF
Muhammad Younis Afridi Serving as the Director General Media & Public Relations from 2001. He is renowned Journalist and serve many news channels and leading news papers of Pakistan. IHRC Chief promoted him as his Special Advisor for Media in 2010.

Ambassador Arshad Ayub Bhattii
SPECIAL ADVISOR FOR MEDIA TO IHRC CHIEF
Mr. Arshad Ayub Bhatti is the Special Assistant to the World Chairman IHRC from 1st July 2004 to onward. He is having assignments to deal the day to day affairs of IHRC Chief In Karachi-Pakistan & look after the inelegance sharing with other department on Human Rights Violations and implementations of law. IHRC Chief promoted Mr. Arshad Ayub Bhatti as the Director General for Special Tasks with Ambassadorial Status on 1st October 2011.
   
Mr. Anwaar Ul Haq Chaudhry

Mr.Anwaar Ul Haq Chaudhryappointed by Honorable Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, World Chairman of IHRC as Director General Events (Pakistan). He is experienced event manager and promoting awareness of human rights, working for peace and human equality.

COUNTRY CHIEF FOR PAKISTAN
Mian Muhammad Ameen Mansha appointed by Honorable Dr. Muhammad Shahid Amin Khan, World Chairman of IHRC as Deputy Country Chief For Islamic Republic of Pakistan in April 2011. He is also holding the charge of Country Chief.

Mr. Emanuel Seretan from Romania is granted official membership and he will perform as the IHRC Coordinator for Romania as per the decision announced by the Worthy World Chairman Secretariat.

Mr. Abbas Ali Advocate
REGIONAL DIRECTOR FOR BALUCHISTAN OF PAKISTAN
Mr. Abbas Ali Advocate from Pakistan ; Lawyer, Human Rights Activist and former president of a student federation and detained as political prisoner during martial law regime twice when he was 16-17 years old and struggle against undemocratic military government in Pakistan. International Human Rights Commission designated him with the special approval of worthy World Chairman as the "Advisor to Chairman & Regional Director for Baluchistan of Pakistan” from 5th of September, 2011.

International Human Rights Commission designated him with the special approval of worthy World Chairman as the "IHRC SPOKESPERSON & DIRECTOR DEVELOPMENT" from 12th of September, 2011.
